1. About Free Hotel Card

Free Hotel Card™ is a long-term travel membership program that provides members access to hotel nights, travel services, and exclusive benefits over a defined validity period. Membership benefits vary based on the selected card tier (Standard, Premium, or VIP).

2. Membership Validity & Usage

  • All membership cards are valid for 10 years from the activation date.
  • Each membership includes a fixed total number of hotel nights, subject to an annual usage limit.
  • Unused annual nights do not roll over to the next year.
  • Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member unless otherwise stated.

3. Hotel Bookings

  • Hotel availability is subject to partner inventory and booking conditions.
  • Some hotels may be fully covered under the membership, while others may require an upgrade payment.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after successful redemption of nights or payment of any applicable difference.
  • Check-in policies, cancellation rules, and hotel-specific terms apply as per the hotel partner.

4. Flight Bookings

  • Flight fares, availability, and policies are governed by the respective airlines.
  • Free Hotel Card™ acts as a booking facilitator and is not responsible for airline schedule changes, delays, or cancellations.
  • Changes, cancellations, and refunds are subject to airline rules and may incur additional charges.

5. Payments & Installments

  • Payments can be made via card, wallet, BNPL providers, or supported crypto payment methods.
  • Installment plans are subject to eligibility checks and approval.
  • Delayed or missed payments may result in membership suspension or cancellation.

6. BNPL & Travel Credit

  • BNPL services are provided by third-party partners and are subject to their terms and approval criteria.
  • Free Hotel Card™ is not responsible for BNPL provider decisions, charges, or disputes.
  • Travel credit usage is subject to verification, repayment timelines, and internal risk policies.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Membership fees are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Booking refunds depend on hotel or airline cancellation policies.
  • Refund timelines and amounts are governed by partner policies and payment methods used.
